GENDER SCAN POLICY
Please Read Before Your Ultrasound Appointment!!!
• Gender determination during early pregnancy is a best prediction based on what is visible during the scan.
• Accuracy depends on several factors including baby's position, movement, gestational age, and
visibility.
• While we strive to provide the most accurate results possible, gender determination cannot be guaranteed.
• For the highest accuracy, we recommend scheduling gender scans at 16 weeks or later.
• If you are planning a gender reveal event, please keep in mind that earlier scans carry a higher chance of prediction changes.
• The appointment fee covers the ultrasound service, technician time, and imaging session.
• Refunds are not issued based on gender prediction outcomes once the service has been
performed.

Hydration
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR ULTRASOUND
Simple Tips for Beautiful Baby Images
• Drink plenty of water 2–3 days before your scan for clearer ultrasound images.
• Aim for 8–10 glasses of water per day.
• Eat a light snack about 30 minutes before your appointment to encourage baby movement.
• Wear comfortable clothing for easy access to your belly.
• For early scans, drink 16–24 oz of water 45–60 minutes before your appointment.
• Relax and enjoy the experience — sometimes baby just needs time to move!

If Hydration is low we will have to reschedule your appointment after proper hydration is achieved for best ultrasound results that are safe for you and baby.

Ultrasound Studio Policies & Important Information
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all families, please review the following policies before your appointment.
Children & Supervision
For safety reasons, all children must remain with their parent or supervising adult at all times. Children are not allowed to stay in the play area or waiting room without supervision. If children become disruptive during the scan or cannot remain with their parent, the session will need to be paused or rescheduled.
Scan Room Environment
Our ultrasound room is designed to provide a calm and focused environment so we can obtain the best images of your baby. Excessive noise, running, or distractions may affect the quality of the scan.
Safety of Equipment
Ultrasound equipment is sensitive and expensive. For safety reasons, children and guests should not touch the ultrasound machine, cords, monitor, or other medical equipment.
Damage Policy
We kindly ask that all guests respect the space and equipment. Any items or equipment that are damaged due to misuse or negligence may be the responsibility of the client to replace or repair. (You break it, you buy it.)
Session Termination or Rescheduling
If safety rules cannot be followed or the environment becomes too disruptive for the scan to continue, the session may be stopped and will need to be rescheduled.
